The CEO PhD Programme is one of the very few "Data-Driven Doctorate" programme exist in only top universities in the world. The candidates does not have to do any research.

​​This programme is classified as a Premium Doctorate Programme. The higher fee reflects the additional academic support services provided by UTMSPACE Services to ensure the successful progression of VVIP Candidates throughout their PhD journey. Applicants who wish to enrol in the regular PhD programme offered directly by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM) are advised to contact the University accordingly.

Enrolment for international candidates under this programme is administered through UTMSPACE Services’ appointed Postgraduate Partners (PGPs). Interested applicants may contact any authorised PGP for further information and application procedures.

The Professional Certificate in Innovation and Strategy (PCIS) is a leadership development programme in corporate innovation, conducted at the University of Oxford, with convocation held at the House of Commons. The PCIS fee is of £3,380 is not included in the overall programme fee.
